John has been with me through the buying process for just about three years, and has shown me 40 houses during that time. I knew John would help me out, but he totally went above and beyond, answering any questions I had, offering suggestions on houses to view and even being honest and straightforward when he knew certain places would not be right for me. Before working with John my boyfriend and I had dealt with very pushy realtors who were only interested in making a sale. John on the other hand was extremely easy going and patient as we were looking for a home. He kept us up to date with the housing market and potential homes without pushing for us to buy anything, and was patient for three whole years before we found one we liked.

While we were considering homes John was very knowledgeable about potential home problems (e.g. roofs that need repair, etc.) and how to negotiate those problems if we were considering buying. When we were unsure about how to negotiate pricing, John was able to help us understand the housing market and to negotiate with the sellers so that we were able to get the best price that worked for us. John is knowledgeable about different grants and aides that can help support first time home owners or for older homes that need repair. He advocated for us throughout the buying process when we were struggling to have steady communication between our lawyers and the sellers as well and stayed in contact throughout the entire process to assure we would be in our new home and settled by the closing date.

John is very professional and charismatic and extremely helpful, he was such a great help and I can’t think of anyone better to recommend!

John Aspinwal was a God sent. This property in Dryden needed to move and John was made aware of it. He was given all the information for the sale in one evening completing the contract. The house was put on the market that evening and sold the house in 24 hours. While waiting for closing, John promptly kept us updated on the process, assuring that everything was always taken care of up to the closing.
