John was fantastic. We went thru 4 other agents before we found him and with being first time homebuyers it was quite disheartening to be getting nowhere with the others. As soon as we contacted him he set up an appointment to look at 2 houses and we fell in love with the 2nd one. From that point he was on top of everything. We had an accept offer by the end of the next day. He helped us negotiate so that everyone was happy and we didn’t lose out on our first home. We had some issues during the closing process but he was there every step of the way reassuring us no matter how many questions we asked. Even his follow up AFTER we closed had been above and beyond. He’s checked in on us multiple times to see how we liked the house and if there was anything we needed. We will definitely use him again if we ever sell or to buy our next place. He’s even willing to travel to help us find what we want. He listens and gets you your dream home. Not like other agents who are only concerned about the commission amount.

John worked with my husband and me for almost 3 years (yes we were picky). He never pressured us into feeling like we needed to buy. Every time we wanted to see a house he always got us in super fast and listened to our comments and concerns on the properties and used this knowledge to find us a house we would love. He didn't push us through the houses and stayed with us as long as we needed to look through the property. He was always respectful of our decisions and answered every question we had to the best of his knowledge; If he didn't know the answer, he had an answer for us within the next day. Once we found the house we wanted to move forward with his side of the process when quick and painlessly.
